The condition for participation in the event is the fulfillment of the hygienic measures of the Government of the Czech Republic for participation in mass and cultural events and in the field of public catering in connection with the COVID-19 disease, valid on the day of the experience. This event is for people older than 15 years. Minimum number of attending people is 2, maximum number is 2. In case of unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted 1 day prior the event date and next steps will be consulted with you: either new event date proposal or payment refundation to the bank account corresponding with your Mastercard card.

The customer can cancel the attendance earlier than 14 days prior the event and all event costs will be returned. In case the customer cancels the event attendance less than 14 days before the event, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
